I was just a new mama in 2013 with a dream.
When I had my first, I would always be designing photo sessions in my head and nagging my friend to come capture them for me. Once I had my second in 2014 I decided I needed to pick up my own camera.
I went to the store and held so many cameras. I needed to feel it in my hands.
Nikon became my best friend and I left the store with my first camera baby that day.
I practiced on my kids, my friends , anyone who would let me. I took classes at Henrys and a wedding photography course at Durham College. I continued to learn until I launched my business in 2015. I learn and grow every year. I will never stop being inspired.
Before I photography, I went to school for social work, hair styling/makeup and wedding planner!
Don't get me wrong I still LOVE to plan a good wedding but capturing the beauty is where my heart is happiest.
